My name is Tiffany Trawick and I have been working with children, families, and individuals for over 20 years. I received my BA at the University of Alaska, Anchorage and my Masters in Social Work (MSW) at Arizona State University. Since graduating with my MSW I have received certifications in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Trauma Professional. I have also completed the initial training and on-going trainings so I can provide EMDR therapy. Also, I supervise other clinician’s who are working towards becoming independently licensed in the State of Arizona. In 2017 I received the Woman of the Year from Emerge Arizona for my participation in organizing the Women’s March on Washington, Phoenix.
While working with individuals my goals is to build a positive therapeutic relationship. I support a safe environment to process difficult thoughts and feelings . I support the growth and healing we all strive for, while building the tools and confidence to live our best lives. My goal is to help you feel like you have more control over your life. When working with individuals, I will help support the needs and goals you have for yourself. We all go through things at some point in life. I use a holistic approach to help support the needs at hand. You are not alone.
The human spirit can overcome anything if it has hope. Addressing your mental health issues will help you find joy and cleave to the reasons for living.
